The Ultimate EMR Demo has been set up with a fictitious physician user, Jack Smith M.D., FACC.

Username: jsmith
Password: ultimateemr

Provider Desktop.
As soon as you login you are shown the Provider Desktop with a summary of your scheduled appointments. For purposes of the Demo, lets access a patient's chart.

Select the Patients tab and type "Black" then click Search.

The search will return a list of matching results. Find the patient you are looking for.

At the right of the patient name you will have two choices: Patient Data or Patient Chart. Select Patient Data first and continue to the next slide.
