Pricing Structure for Ultimate EMR:

Ultimate EMR is available stand-alone for Free. The Free version does not include any support, maintenance, or automatic upgrades. Though we encourage you to work with an IT specialist Ultimate EMR is easy to install and does not take much technical skill. In addition we offer two options that provide you with installation, continuous upgrades, and maintenance for a low monthly subscription. Available here

Both options are Software as a Service (SAS). We do NOT sell or license Ultimate EMR. This creates a great savings for your practice.

Option 1 is the In-house model with annual SMS (Support and Maintenance). In this case you will host Ultimate EMR in your office. This option has certain hardware requirements.

Option 2 is the ASP model with annual SMS (Support and Maintenance). In this case we will host Ultimate EMR in for you.

The data collected by Ultimate EMR from your practice is always yours. It may also be backed up directly to your office.

Both Option 1 & 2 are monthly subscription models.

Simple 30-day Exit Policy. We take the responsibility for providing the best possible service and software.

Set-up and Support

In the initial set-up of Ultimate EMR each practice might require specific customizations, for example Progress Notes customized for a certain partner. Ultimate EMR makes it very affordable to customize many feature. Some of these customization may have additional costs.
