Patient Data.

Patient Data will consist of all pertinent information on the patient.
From demographics to insurance. This information can be entered by a front desk clerk, a provider or even the patient. Take a look around.

Patient Access.
The patient has very restricted access and can update their personal information but is restricted from completely deleting information without approval from an administrator.

The Questionnaire.
Patients can also access a Medical Questionnaire that can be customized for any specialty.

Let's move on the the Patient Chart.
Once you finish looking around notice there are two tabs above for Patient Data and Patient Chart. You can easily jump back and forth. For now, let's select Patient Chart to navigate the Electronic Medical Record..
