Patient Chart: Document Creation.

To start creating Documents you can choose from Notes, Consults, or Procedures under the Medical Chart. Lets start with creating a Progress Note. Click on "Notes".

S.O.A.P.
This Progress Note is constructed using the SOAP format. As you can see it is easy to move between sections by selecting the Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan or by clicking "Next" bellow. Like this template, we can customize Notes and Procedure Reports to you practice specifications.

Save
As you complete the note make sure to save it by using the "Save" button at the bottom of the Note. This will be followed by a confirmation where you can see what the Note looks like. It will also be in Draft mode awaiting Electronic Signature.
