Pricing Structure for Consulting Services

PracticeReady believes in applying a holistic approach to each practice. Depending on your practice and the amount of support required the costs can fluctuate. If you decide to hire us to spearhead your EMR initiative we can customize packages specifically for your practice. We can also coordinate a subscription fee rate for a specified contract term planned to get you up and running within a specific time frame.

Specified Time-Frame Subscription - Together we establish a set of goals, objectives and a time frame to create an easy transition to a more productive practice. This includes a full service contract including any of our solutions required to get you up and running.

  • Greater than:
  • 60 Days - $500 for the 1st Provider, $125 each additional provider (per month)
  • 3 Months - $375 for the 1st Provider, $94 each additional provider (per month)
  • 6 Months - $215 for the 1st Provider, $54 each additional provider (per month)
  • 9 Months - $150 for the 1st Provider, $37 each additional provider (per month)
  • 12 Months - $125 for the 1st Provider, $30 each additional provider (per month)

After the contract term we can offer further services based on a customized contract for maintenance and support.
